1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During Festivals/Sales: During high-volume collection drops or pre-order windows, processing may take 3 to 5 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
We partner with premium courier services (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees) to ensure your garments arrive safely and securely.

Standard Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates: * Orders over ₹[499]: Free Shipping.

Orders under ₹[499]: A flat shipping fee of ₹[99] will be applied at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your package leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier portal.
4. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
Please double-check your shipping address and contact coordinates during checkout. Minimal Mode is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or returned to our facility due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, a re-shipping fee will apply to send it out a second time.
5. Damages & Lost Items
If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please reach out to our team immediately at [your-email@minimalmode.wear].
